Meditaiton provides many health benefits, including managing stress and anxiety.

Defined most broadly as the exercise of focusing one’s attention on the current moment, meditation in some form has been practiced for millennia within religious traditions around the world.

This is something that I like to integrate into my system. It is about time that I got to make things happen.
