Paray le Monial to Camping

Started the morning here for breakfast, then went to a bakery to buy something for lunch and before heading out, I biked around the city. Then at noontime, I ran across a Chateau in Palinges in Saône-et-Loire. I was the first one there and decided to visit the garden. It so happened that I had a sandwich and a bottle of small red wine. I found a cottage and had my lunch there.

How much these places in this region is centered on cycling. I just love it! That’s why there are long stretches of bike lanes throughout the Loire region and right along canals and rivers.

After biking along canals for almost the whole day and it was late in the afternoon and getting late to find a campsite, I found a picnic table and benches where I set up my campsite. Next to it is a river where I took a bath.
