It is a blessing to have kept friends after all the changes, trials, and challenges in today’s world. The reality of losing contact as we go on our journey and create our own world.
I’m grateful to have Joerg around starting off in California, then moving to Europe, and back to the U.S. again. At this time, Chicago.
Joerg has opened my horizon in many ways. Spending time in Köln for a visit and attending the Carnival a number of times, had given me opportunity to know the city and what’s it like live there.
At times, along the journey we lose friends. I am immensely blessed to have a friend I am really grateful to have Joerg around. When I was in Barcelona, he spent sometime are lucky to have a friend coming from no where. I am immensely grateful to my close friend Joerg from Köln, who has expanded my horizon and seeing life from a different perspective.
Meeting in Santa Monica Beach, California for the first time jumpstarted our friendship. He introduced me the nightlife in Hollyowood which I me explore Hollywood which We were much younger at that time. Once he took me in, I became a part of his family. We shared our lives in Los Angeles, Barcelona and Köln. In Köln, I had the privilege to immerse myself in their traditional carnival celebrations at least three times since I set foot in Europe.
Spending Christmas in Rehlingen time with her mom and his family in Rehlingen was one of the most memorable Christmas in my life.
creating cherished memories that will last a lifetime. Additionally, Joerg extended his hospitality to me during my first Christmas, which I had the pleasure of celebrating in the charming town of Rehlingen, nestled in the picturesque Saarland region. The meaningful connections and shared experiences with Joerg have enriched my travels not only in Germany but also in Spain. I am forever thankful for his kindness and generosity.
