As I look back to the year 2022, I thank the Lord for all the blessings that I received — good health and fitness to join friends and family in exploring the world, the awareness and gratefulness for the things I have, the courage to face up the challenges and uncertainties in life, the ability to adapt to changes, the ability to stay calm in tough situations, the openness and the humility to learn, the acceptance and the understanding of self-limitation, the changes to adapt to a new environment, the openness and the humility to learn new things, the acceptance and understanding my self-limitations, all the opportunities to explore new places, the support of family and friends, the courage to reach out and go out of my comfort zone, …
