Why I keep on traveling
The beauty around us is always discovered by our actual presence in a place. So, let’s go out there and let our five senses do their thing — seeing, feeling, tasting, smelling, and listening. That’s why whenever I get a chance to travel, I try to stay in one place as long as possible to get the senses go to work naturally and they do take time. If I do have time, I try to revisit these places and if I do have friends who live in the area, that’s a big plus. In reality, we don’t have all the time in the world, but we do the best we can to see places that inspire us or connect to us and that’s why the yearly travel that we take can make a difference.
We all have different ways of traveling and that goes with our likes and dislikes. Our travel style evolves over the years. The comparisons of our younger years to where we are now. The changes over the years such as our energy level, fitness, mental state as we move along in life. I say, the younger we are, we should take advantage of opportunities to travel when possible. These chances don’t come often, so we might as well go for it. Also, external forces and personal situations keep on changing and the mindset of uncertainties around us makes me grab opportunities to travel.
I see traveling or exploring as priceless. My time here on earth is short and I don’t have all the time to see places and that’s why the yearly travel is quite a commitment to see the world around us.
