Kicking Off the Summer 2024

We did it again on solstice week! We embarked on a road trip, at this time — Alaska. The same faces in a different place. Every member of the team put their share in their own way to make the trip run smoothly. Sylvia took care of the cooking, John helped out with everything, Sharon put together videos, and I filled in the gaps that were missing — assisting whatever was needed at the moment. One thing that is important in a team collaboration is that being on the same page and be in sync with everybody. Also, I learned that I got to put my desires under the rug and take them out again when I do things by myself The cravings to do more exploring and hiking. Being able to dampen the enthusiasm to explore can only last a short time. I don’t know if I want to do this again in the near future. Perhaps I need a break and get on with my life.
