“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all”

Helen Keller

Visiting the Sierra de Guara has become an annual tradition for us—a cherished playground shared with friends from Barcelona. It's a place where we reconnect with nature and each other, strengthening bonds while escaping the rush of daily life.

What started as a simple weekend getaway has evolved into a yearly highlight. I’m grateful for everyone’s good health and for Frederic and Roser, who introduced us to this incredible outdoor experience. Initially, it was an experiment—a chance to see if this kind of adventure resonated with us. From the exhilarating wet canyoning in Barrasil to the thrilling dry routes in Mascún, we quickly discovered how much we loved it.

For the first five years, this trip marked the kickoff to our summer holidays. Over time, it transformed into a post-summer reunion—an opportunity to relive the season’s energy and create even more lasting memories.
